గురువుగారు మనం రైల్లో వెళుతున్నాం గదండి, ఈ పట్టాలు ఎందు కలవ వండి, ఈ చెట్లును చూస్తూ ఉంటె వేలిపోతున్నట్లుకనబడు తున్నాయి, అసలు గురువు ఎవరండి వివరంగా మాకు చెపుతార. మనం దిగే ఊరు వచ్చే దాకా కాస్త కాలక్షేపం. 

పరోపకార భావన, జపపూజాదులు  ఆచరణ, సర్ధక మైన పలుకు, శాంతా స్వభావం, వేద వేదాంగాలు క్షుణ్ణంగా తెలిసియున్డటం, యొగశాస్త్ర  సిద్దాన్తాలను సులువుగా భోదించడం, దేవతలా మనస్సులను సంతోష పెట్టడం, మొదలైన సుగుణాలతో పరిపూర్ణుడైన వాడే గురువు


పదిమందికి చెప్పదలచిన నీతినిమున్దుగా తానాచారించి ఇతరులకు చెప్పేవాడే గురువు.
ఇతరులకు ఏమిచేసే నీమనస్సుకు బాధ కలుగుతుందో, అది నీవు ఇతరులకు చేయకుండా ఉండటమే ఉత్తమెత్తమ ధర్మం 
శిశ్యులు ఇచ్చే సంపదను ఆశించక వారికాద్యాత్మిక విషయాలను సులువుగా తెలియపరచి బ్రహ్మసాయుజ్యానికి తోడ్పడేవాడే ఉత్తమ గురువు

పసిడి మనసులపై ప్రేమను ఉంచి 
భావిపౌరులుగా తీర్చి దిద్దే అక్షర శిల్పి 
యువతను సక్రమ మార్గములో నడిపిస్తూ 
విశ్వవిజ్ఞానవన్తులుగా మార్చే నిత్య విద్యార్ధి 

విద్యార్ధులను నిరంతరం కృషీ వరులుగా మార్చే 
నవసమాజ నిర్మాణానికి సహకరించే శ్రమజీవి
ప్రతి ఒక్కరిలో ఉన్న అజ్నానామ్ధకారాన్ని మార్చి 
నిత్య  జ్ఞాన జ్యోతులుగా మార్చే  తేజస్వి 

 విద్యార్ధుల ఆలోచనలునలను గ్రహించి 
స్వయం కృషీవరులుగా మార్చే కృషీవలుడు
ఆటుపోటులకు తట్టుకొనే పడవ తెరచాపగా
ప్రతివిద్యార్ధిని ధర్మపరుడుగామార్చే నావికుడు 

యువతకు నూతన ఉత్తేజం కల్పించి 
భావితరాల భాద్యులుగా మార్చే బాటసారి 
భయాన్ని పారద్రోలి ధైర్యాన్ని కల్పించే 
విజయాన్ని సహకారరం అందించే సారధి 

మమతకు మార్గదర్శిగా 
మనోధైర్యానికి మార్గంగా    
ప్రేమామృత మూర్తిగా 
ప్రతిఒక్కరికి శక్తినిచ్చె విధాత

ప్రెమ మూర్తులగా,విద్యా వేక్తలుగా 
ఆరోగ్య వంతులుగా, ఆదర్శ వంతులుగా 
పారిశ్రామిక శక్తిగా, అనుభవాలను చెప్పే తాతగా
ఒకరేమిటి సమస్త ప్రాణులను విశ్వ విజ్ఞాన నిదిగా మార్చేదిగురువు

అని వ్యాసునికి విష్ణువుకు  అభేదం చెప్ప బడింది, వేదవ్యాసుడు అనంతంగా ఉన్న వేదాలని విభజించి  పైలునకు ఋక్సంహితను, వైసంపాయనునకు యజుస్సంహితను, జైమినికి సామసంహితను, సుమంతునకు అధర్వణ సంహితను భోధించి వానిని లోకములో  వ్యాపించు నట్లుగా విష్ణు, మత్య , భాగవత,  వాయు,  పురాణాలలో పేర్కోనటం జరిగింది. వ్యాసుడు వేదాలని విభాజిచటమే కాకుండా అశ్టా దశ పురాణాల్నిరచించాడు, బ్రహ్మసూత్రాల్ని వివరించాడు, భారత భాగవతాల్ని రచించాడు. మనజాతికి జ్ఞాన భాండా గారాన్ని అందించిన వేదవ్యాస మహర్షికి ముందుగా నమస్సుమాంజలిని అర్పిందాం. దీనినె వ్యాసపూర్ణిమని- గురుపూర్ణిమని పిలిస్తారు.

అజ్ఞాన తిమిరామ్ధస్య జ్ఞానాన్జన సలాకయా
చక్షురున్మీలి తం యేన తస్మై  శ్రీ గురవే నమన: 
 
అజ్ఞానమనే చీకటి  ఆవరించిన కారణంగా అంధునిగా మారిన శిష్యునకు జ్ఞానమనే వెలుగును కల్పించేది గురువు.  ఆ గురువే జ్ఞాణమనే కాటుకతో దృష్టిని ప్రసదించుతాడు దీనివలన గురుశిష్యుల  భంధం ఏర్పడుతుంది.  అంతటి మహాత్యంగల గురువునకు శిష్యునిగా ణా నమస్కారములు సమర్పిస్తున్నాను 
నిజమైన గురువు అంటే ఎవరో వారిని గురించి ఓ చిన్న కధ చెప్పుతారా అని ఒక శిష్యుడు గురువుగారిని అడిగారు

ఆ నలుగురు అనే కధ ను మీకు తెలియపరుస్తాను వినండి అన్నాడు గురువు 

 నలుగురు విద్యార్దులు వేగముగా కొండప్రాంతమునకు పరిగెడుతున్నారు  ఆ కొండ ప్రక్కన లోయ ఉంది,  ఆలోయలో అనేక మంది పడి  చిని పోతునట్లు ఆ ఊరిలొ పుకారు ఉన్నది.  ఆలోయ ప్రక్కనే ఒక వృద్ధుడు ఎప్పుడు పకృతి అందాలని చూచుటకు ఓపికతొ అక్కడకు చేరి కాస్త విశ్రాంతి తీసుకొని తిరిగి వెల్లే  అలవాటు ఉన్నది. 

చనిపోవటానికి వచ్చిన ఆ ఆనలుగురు ఆ వృద్దున్ని చూసి మీకు ఎందుకు కష్ట మొచ్చింది ఈ లోయకొచ్చారు అని అడిగారు వచ్చినవారు. నా సంగతి అలా ఉంచండి, ఇంతకూ  మీరెందుకు వచ్చారో చెప్పలేదే అని అడిగాడు. ఎందుకోస్తాం మరణించ టానికి అని ముక్త కంఠం గా చెప్పారు వారు. 

మంచిది ఒక్కసారి మీ చిరునామాలు, మీ ఫోన్ నెంబర్లు  అన్ని నాకు ఇవ్వండి, మీ తల్లి తండ్రులు భాధ పడకుండా మీ వివరాలు వారికి చెప్పగలను ఎందుకంటే మిమ్మల్ని వారు కళ్ళలలో వత్తులు పెట్టుకొని పెంచుతారు,  జీవితాంతము  మీసేవ కొరకే  వేచి ఉంటారు వయసులో ఉన్నప్పుడు వారి సుఖాలు కుడా మీకు త్యాగం చేస్తారు, వయసుడికిన తర్వాతా  సుఖపడదామంటే వయసు సహకరించక,  పిల్లలు చూడక భాదపడుట తప్ప ఏమిచేయగలరు. 

ఇంతకూ  మీరు ఇంట్లో చెప్పివచ్చార, చెప్పకుండా వచ్చారా అది చేప్పండి ముందు . 

వృద్ధుని మాటలకు వచ్చినవారు వారిలో ఉన్న భాదను మరచి "చనిపోవాటానికి చెప్పి వచ్చిన చెప్పక వచ్చిన చివరికి భాధపడుతారు మమ్ము కన్నవారు, మేము కాదు కదా " అని మూర్ఖం గా వాదించారు వారు. 

ఆమాత్రం జ్ఞానం  ఉన్నవారు మీరు ఇక చావలేరు, నాతో రండి మీభాదలు తొలగించే మార్గం చూపగలను అని వెంట తీసుకొని వెళ్లి, అక్కడ దగ్గర ఉన్న ఒక ఇంటి నుండి కొంత పైకము  తీసుకొని వచ్చి వారికిచ్చి చనిపోయే వారు ఎవరైనాసరే  చనిపోయే ముందు  ఆత్మ ఘోషించ కూడదు సుబ్రముగా మీకు ఇష్టమైన  తిండి తిని రేపు ఇక్కడకు రండి వచ్చేటప్పుడు   మీకు ఇష్టము కానిది పనికి రానిది ఏదైనా ఉంటె ఒకటి తీసుకొని రండి మరచి పోకండి రేపు మీ భాదలు తొలిగే మార్గం చూపు తానూ అన్నాడు ఆ వృద్ధుడు. 

వెంటనే ఆ నలుగురు యే పుట్టలో యేపామున్నదో ఎవరి తెలుసు "ఈ వృద్ధుడు యేఏమి చేపుతాడో చూద్దాం" అంతగా నచ్చకపోతే అప్పుడే చనిపోదాం అని వేణుతిరిగారు ఆ నలుగురు.

ఆ నలుగురికి ఇంటికి వెళ్ళటం జరిగింది కాని నిద్ర పట్టలేదు కారణం వారికి ఉపయోగము లేని వస్తువేదో తెలుసుకొని  వెళ్ళాలని తెల్ల వార్లు ఆలోచించారు.   అందరు కలసుకొని వృద్ధుని ఇంటివద్దకు పోదామని బయలు దేరారు. అందరు ఇంటివద్దకు చేరారు. కాని అక్కడ కోలాహలం గా ఉన్నది చాలామంది విద్యార్ధులున్నారు ఎందుకువచ్చారని అడిగి లోపలకు వెళ్దామని అనుకున్నరు. లోపలకు వెళ్ళలేక అక్కడే నిల బడినారు చేసేది లేక. 

అక్కడ తెలుసుకున్నారు గురుపౌర్ణమి అని విద్యార్ధులు వచ్చి గురువు సన్మానము చేస్తున్నారని తెలుసుకున్నారు.  
అక్కడే మైకులో  వినబడుతున్నాయి " శుక్రాచార్యులు తానూ మరణిస్తానని తెలిసి శిష్యుడైన కచునికి మృత సంజీవనిని ప్రసాదించడం ద్వారా శిష్యునిపై గల వాత్సల్యం వ్యక్తమవుతుంది. అదేవిధముగా  అంగుష్టాన్ని ఇస్తే ఆయుధ దారణ చేయలేనని తెలిసిన గురుదక్షిణగా ద్రోణుడికి ఇస్తాడు.  ఇప్పుడు గురువు శిష్యుల సంభందము లేకుండా విద్యార్ధులు  పెరుగు తున్నారు, గురుశిష్యులు హృదయతాపాన్ని దూరం  చేయగల వారే నిజమైన గురువులు మన సంస్క్రుతిలో మాతృదేవోభవ, పితృదేవోభవ, ఆచార్యదేవోభవ అన్నారు. జననం ఇచ్చినవారు తల్లితండ్రులైనప్పటికి  జీవిత పధాన్ని తీర్చి దిద్దేది గురువులు మాత్రమే. 

ప్రియమైన విద్యార్దులారా ముందు వరుస కూర్చున్న నలుగురు విద్యార్ధు లేచి చివర నుంచొని ఉన్న వారిని సాదరముగ ఆహ్ఫానించి మీ స్థలముల లో కూర్చొ పెట్టగలరు అన్న మాటలు విన్నారు ఆ నలుగురు.
అనలుగురు కూర్చొనగా అప్పుడే వృద్ధుడు ఈవిధముగా చెపుతున్నాడు. 

ప్రేరకస్పూచకశ్చెవ వాచ్కో ధర్మకస్తథా 

శిక్షకో బొధకశ్చెతి షడేతే గురవ:స్త్రుతా:

1ధార్మిక విషయాలపట్ల ప్రేరణ ఇచ్చేవాడు.

2. పండంటి జీవితానికి చక్కని సలహాలుచ్చేవాడు

3. చదివిన్చేవాడు 

4. బ్రహ్మసాక్షాత్కారం కలుగజేసెవాడు.

5. విద్యనూ భోదిన్చేవాడు

6. అమూల్యమైనహితవచనాలు పలికే వాడు అని అరువిదాలుగా ఉంటారు. ఆ అరు లక్షణాలు ఒకే వ్యక్తి (ఆచార్యుడు ) వద్ద ఉండేవి , ఈనాడు అటువంటి గురు విద్య కన బడుటలేదు. సరిఅయిన విద్యనభ్యసించక దేశంలో బ్రతకలేక కొందరు ఆత్మ హత్యలకు చేసుకుంటున్నారు, కొందరు ప్రభుత్వ సహాయములు అందక కుటుంబ పరిస్థితులు బాగుండక మరణిస్తున్నారు. మనుష్య్లులు   ఓర్పు వహిస్తే సాధించలేనిది లేదు అని నేనుగట్టిగా చెప్పగలను. మీ సన్మానానికి నేను సంతోషించు తూ ఈ ఉపన్యాసమును   ఆపుతున్నాను. అందరు విందారగించి ఎవరిదారి వారు వెళ్లి పోయారు. కాని ఆ నలుగురు కూర్చున్న చోటే ఉన్నారు విందుకు కూడా పోలేదు

వారివద్దకు ఆ వృద్ధుడు వచ్చి మీమనస్సు నొప్పించినందుకు నన్ను క్షమించండి ముందు విందు తీసుకుందాం తర్వాత మాట్లాడుకుందాం పదండి అన్నాడు వృద్ధుడు.అందరు కలసి విందుకు బయలు దేరారు. 

విందైనతర్వత వచ్చిన విద్యార్ధు లందరూ వెళ్ళిపోయారు ఆనలుగురు వృద్ధుడు మాత్రం అక్కడ ఉన్నారు.  
సరే మీరు స్థిమితంగా కూర్చోండి, నేను ఇక్కడ కూర్చుంటాను. ఇంతకీ  నేను పనికిరాని వస్తువు  తెమ్మని  చెప్పాను కదా తెస్తే నాకు  చూపించండి,  అందరు ఒకరి మోఖం ఒకరు చూసు కున్నారు గాని ఎవ్వరు మాట్లాడలేదు, ఇంతకీ మీరు తెచ్చార లేదా అని అడిగాడు వృద్ధుడు. తెచ్చాం మీకు ఎట్లా చూపలొ మాకు అర్ధం కావటం లేదు అన్నారు అందరు. చూపించండి నేను ఏమి అనుకోను అని అడగగానే అందరు కలసి "మేమే పనికిరాని వస్తువులము " అన్ని మాకు పనికొచ్చే వస్తువులగా కనిపించాయి మేము తేలేక పోయాము అన్నారు. 

మంచిది మీ నిజాయితీకి నేను మెచ్చుకున్నాను నేను మీకు సహాయము చేద్దామను కున్నాను మీ నలుగురికి నాలుగు కాగితాలు ఇస్తున్నాను ప్రతి కాగితములో 4 రకాల ఉద్యోగాలు ఉన్నాయి వాటి జీతల వివరాలు ఉన్నాయి.  వాటిలో మీరు చదివిన చదువుకు పనికొచ్చె ఉద్యోగము అనుకుంటే రేపు మరల ఇక్కడకు రండి, వీటిని మీకు సంభందిన్చినవారికి చూప్పించు కోండి, ఆఉద్యోగాలు మీకు నచ్చకపోతే మరలా 4 ఉద్యోగాలు మీకు చెప్పగలను, మీకు ఇవ్వగలను ఒక గురువుగా మీకు చెపుతున్నాను. ఇక వెళ్ళిరండి రేపురండి దయచేసి ఇంటికి వెళ్ళాక కాగితాలలో జాబు చూసుకొని అందరిని సంప్రదించి మీకు ఇష్టమైన కాకా పోయినా రండి. 
ఆ నలుగురు మారు మాట్లాడకుండా వెనక్కు వెళ్లారు. 
అప్పుడే అక్కడ ఉన్న ఒక వ్యక్తి ఆ కాగితములో ఏమి వ్రాసారో చెపుతారా   ఎందుకు చెప్పను చెపుతా వారురేపు ఇక్కడకు వస్తే అంతా  వారే చెపుతారు

రెండు రోజులు తర్వాత ఆ నలుగురు తో పాటు మరికొందరు వచ్చారు మా కుటుంబాలను బతికించినవారు మీరు,  మీరే మాకు నిజమైన గురువు అని చెప్పారు
మాకు ముందుగా ఇచ్చి పైకముతో మీకు పండ్లు తీసుకొచ్చాము మమ్మల్ని అసీర్వదించండి అన్నారు వారు. ఆవేశంతో చేసే నిర్ణయాలు అనర్ధాలు కలుగుతాయి, ఆలోచనతో చేసే నిర్ణయాలు సఫలమోతాయి

ఇంతకీ వారి ఉద్యోగాలు ఎలావచ్చాయో మాకు ఇంతవరకు 
తెలియుటలేదు అన్నారు శిష్యులు మనోధైర్యానికి మార్గాలు చదవమని వ్రాసాను, వారి ప్రయత్నాలు నేనే గమనించి వారికి ఉద్యోగాలు వచ్చేటట్లు ఏర్పాటు చేసాను అంతే ......

తొడిమ నుండి పువ్వు వీడక పొతే పెళ్లి చేసుకుందాం

19. నా అందాన్ని చూసి మురిసి పోతుంటారు 
నన్ను పట్టు కోవాలని సంబర పడుతుంటారు

17. ఒక ప్రక్క తాయిలం అమ్ముడు - మరో ప్రక్క మధువు అమ్ముడు 

 ఒక వైపు వెన్నెల అమ్ముడు - మరోవైపు వలువలు విప్పుడు

ఇలా బ్రతకాటానికి కారణం ?

10 ఎవరిని శిక్షిమ్చాలో  - ఎవరిని రక్షిమ్చాలో 
ఎవరిని భక్షిమ్చాలో - ఎవరిని లొంగదీయాలో 
ఎవరి పరిస్థితి ఉన్నత స్తితికి - ఎవరి పరిస్థితి అధోగతికి

తన్మయత్వంతో పుడమిని పునీతం చేస్తూ...

అద్భుత రంగుల దృశ్యాన్ని ఆవిష్కరిస్తూ...

వాన వెలిసిన సజీవ పరవశ ప్రకృతిని

7. స్వచ్చత లేని మనసులన్
విచ్చలవిడిగా విహరించు వెర్రి మనుజులన్
తుచ్చపు నీచులు యుండున్
స్వేచ్చాస్వచ్చత ప్రదేశ  మెచ్చట కలుగున్ (సూక్తి )

స్వచ్చతలో అస్పృస్యత ఉంటె
స్వేచ్చకు స్వస్థత ఉండదు
